Fault Codes
F15 Main press running forward when prepress is in rear position
Possible cause:
All solenoid valves are de-energized.
The main press has left its rear limit switch when the prepress is in the rear position.
This error can occur in automatic mode only. It is caused by leaks in the valves or manual operation of the valves.
F32 Sensor needles defect
Possible cause:
All solenoid valves are de-energized.
One of the needle limit switches is defective or an incorrect combination has oc¬curred, (e.g. needles detected at upper and lower positions simultaneously).
This error is indicated only in automatic mode. In manual mode the baler stops without indication on the main control panel display.
The needles have taken too long to start their downward movement.
F33 Sensor twisting unit defect
Possible cause:
All solenoid valves are de-energized.
The twisting unit limit switches are defective or an incorrect combination has oc¬curred (e.g. twisting unit detected at upper and lower positions simultaneously).
This error is indicated only in automatic mode. In manual mode the baler stops without indication on the main control panel display.
F38 Material distributor sensor defect or door open
Possible cause:
All solenoid valves are de-energized.
The material distributor door is open.
The material distributor is not fully inserted or retracted when running the baler in its automatic mode and the door is closed.
The material distributor limit switches are defective.
This error is indicated only in automatic mode. In manual mode the baler stops without indication on the main control panel display.
F42 Main press backwards when strapping
Possible cause:
All solenoid valves are de-energized.
The main press has left the front position during the strapping cycle.
The needles are reversed automatically to their upper position. When the needles have reached their upper position, or if the movement takes more than 5 seconds, the main motor stops.
M43 Needles have left limit switch
Possible cause:
All solenoid valves are de-energized.
The needles have left their position but the baler is not performing a strapping cycle.
The needles are reversed automatically to their upper position. When the needles have reached their upper position, or if the movement takes more than 5 seconds, the main motor stops.
