F22 Time too long prepress backward

Possible cause:

All solenoid valves are de-energized.
The prepress has been moving backwards for more than 30 seconds.
This error can occur in the automatic mode only.

Rectification:

The prepress cannot move backwards. Check the prepress cylinder for mechanical obstructions.
Check the prepress backward motion valve.
Check the output card, coils and wiring.
Check the prepress sensor.
Check that the pumps are supplying sufficient hydraulic oil to the system.
The coil of the solenoid valve is defective. Exchange the valve for an identical new item.
Protective clothing. Sharp edges. Only qualified personnel (16, 17, 19)
