F28 Time too long twisting unit inward
Possible cause:
All solenoid valves are de-energized.
The twisting unit has been moving inward for more than 30 seconds.
This error can occur in the automatic mode only.
Rectification:
Check the twisting unit for mechanical obstructions.
Check the twisting unit motion valve.
Check the output card, coils and wiring.
Check the limit switch for the twisting unit.
Check that the pumps are supplying sufficient hydraulic oil to the system.
The coil of the solenoid valve is defective. Exchange the valve for an identical new item.
Protective clothing. Sharp edges. Only qualified personnel (16, 17, 19)
