Possible cause:
The main motor has stopped.
All solenoid valves are de-energized.
One or more of the emergency stop buttons or safety interlocks has tripped.
An access door may be open.
Rectification:
Ensure that the emergency has been cleared and release the emergency stop buttons.
Close all access doors.
