Bale tying options

You can choose from three tie materials:

For recyclable materials, we recommend a standard steel wire tie
For RDF or SRF production we provide either PP string or
PET wire to optimize combustion characteristics

You can also configure your Presona baler to tie using 3, 4 or 5 wires.

Presona Plastic Tie Balers use 5 polypropylene twine ties top and bottom, instead of steel wire. This can reduce baling costs and makes the bales burnable in furnaces, for example replacing coal in power and concrete plants.
