Here we have an LP50 VH2 baler for sale. This baler has come from a respectable site, where it has been maintained and serviced by Presona. The customer decided to upgrade this machine with a larger one due to company expansion.

The baler will be fully refurbished to a Presona standard to bring the baler back to a new life. The refurbishment will be carried out by Presona’s fully trained engineers and includes the following:


  • Full strip down with the main chassis shot-blasted and resprayed

  • Removal of oil, tank cleaned and new oil

  • Chamber and friction channel floor and walls checked for wear and wear plates replaced if below tolerance as required

  • All hydraulic blocks and pipes removed, stripped, cleaned and resealed

  • Motor and pump removed and refurbished

  • All cylinders removed, cleaned, resealed and painted (main, prepress, friction, needle cylinders)

  • New wiring between all cabinets and external switches.

  • New external switches and sensors

  • Main press carriage cleaned, all sidebars/wheels removed and replaced if required and shimmed to suit.  Any wear/damage repaired

  • Prepress bearing replaced and upgraded to the latest design

  • Prepress pins checked and replaced if required

  • Tying unit stripped, cleaned and all moving parts replaced with new

  • Needles cleaned and fitted with new rollers. Also checked to correct shape and replaced if required

  • All wire guides checked and replaced if required.  Any cuts in the chassis welded up prior to painting

  • All guards

  • Re-powder coated or replaced if excessively damaged

  • New safety stickers
