You’ll be responsible for managing the service department team members, including customer service interactions, reports, and repairs. Provide the highest level of customer service with a sales-minded attitude while developing lasting customer relationships. You will also need to be computer literate and complete various admin duties within the department keeping up to our high standards and company core values.
You’ll need to be well presented, have an interest in electronics, enjoy travelling, trustworthy, punctual, have good attention to detail and a logical approach to problem solving. You’ll be keen to apply your current skills and to take this opportunity to learn, grow and achieve well above average results and remuneration. You will also need a clean UK driving licence.
Ideally, you would have previous service experience, industry knowledge, management experience, strong customer-facing skills, strong written and verbal communication, self-motivated, troubleshooting and a creative problem-solving approach.
