Our Plastic Tie Balers are ideal for RDF and SRF production.

They use 5 polypropylene ties on the top and bottom to improve combustion characteristics. Fully automatic, these rugged balers incorporate our energy-efficient prepress technology and can compress up to 60 tonnes of household waste an hour into mill sizes bales.

To extend the baler’s lifespan, the bale chamber can be lined with hardox plates, providing additional protection against the corrosive elements found in household waste.

Diagnostic panels are incorporated as standard to facilitate maintenance and minimise downtime.
