My role is to drive Presona UK forward, constantly developing new products, processes and services that will benefit our customers. I have been working in the recycling industry for over 14 years. I have extensive technical and hands-on experience covering all Presona products and services. As Projects Manager, my aim is to produce the best solution for EVERY customer’s recycling problems. We start by listening and then deploy the very best equipment and/or engineering solutions we have to offer to find a resolution.
I am Presona's Head Engineer and I’m responsible for the service team. I ensure they have the correct skills, training and support to fully satisfy our customer’s needs.

I strive for a highly effective and efficient business operation. I ensure that everything is running smoothly across our aftersales support, in-house manufacture and accounts.
Here at Presona, it is my role to make sure the organisation of the service team is kept up to scratch, Right through from an initial service enquiry to having our team on site and everything in-between.
Erin Clarke is the Company Secretary and HR Manager of Presona, within her role she ensures that all the procedures as well as the correct standards are met within the company.
With a background and qualifications in Business and Administration, Erin looks after the day to day running of the office, Erin likes to be organised, she is a very friendly member of our team, nothing is to big or too small for Erin to do.
In her spare time Erin likes to spend time with her family, horse riding and reading.

As the newest member of the team, Lisa brings with her over 20 years of experience in customer service. Her role within Presona is to ensure that the highest quality service and customer satisfaction is delivered to all of our customers.
